Product Description: Egg White-Yolk Separating Machine

The egg white-yolk separating machine is an automated device that integrates egg breaking and component separation functions. Here's a detailed breakdown of its workflow:
First, pre-cleaned eggs are conveyed one after another into the mold holes on the machine's conveyor belt. As the eggs reach the shell-breaking station, their shells are automatically sliced open. Under the action of a clamping mechanism, the two split halves of the eggshell are pulled apart to either side of the breaking hole—allowing the egg's contents (yolk and white combined) to flow out smoothly from the shell.
Next, the mixture of egg yolk and white moves into a dedicated separation unit. Within this unit, the egg white is separated from the yolk: the egg white is channeled into a designated collection container, while the yolk is directed into a separate container. This entire automated process ensures the complete and thorough separation of egg yolk and egg white, meeting the needs of precise ingredient separation in food processing scenarios.

Packing & Delivery
